Applications for Beta Testers for Ballistics are now open. If you wish to join the beta, please go to http://betas.linuxgamepublishing.com; and sign up.

For this beta, we are trialling a new system. For those that don`t make it into the beta, you will be able to send us a proof of preorder of Ballistics from any of our resellers, and you will be admitted into the beta as a registered owner.

Here is a couple of soccer gaming related news for the fans.

Eat The Whistle, a commercial product for the Amiga platform developed by Hurricane Studios, has gone GPL. This game has been ported with the help of SDL and is now available for the Linux platform. It can be downloaded from their SourceForge page.

Also, the formation of an open source Championship Manager has been announced.
