ezQuake is a QuakeWorld (Quake 1) client focused on enhanced graphics and extremely fast gameplay; the full feature list can be found here. The changelog for version 1.8.3 is:

• Fixes model checking
• Security module is now not necessary to perform f_modified check (security module for this version might not ever be available)
