While AMD has yet to release anymore GPU documentation (aside from theirinitial 900 page dump), the RadeonHD driver development has been progressingnicely. Thanks to the new RadeonHD Conntest utility, support for many new R500and R600 GPUs has been added over the past two weeks.
The article goes on to mention that developers from Novell aim to complete 2D rendering work bythe end of 2007; 3D support is dependent on additional promised documentation from AMD.
