As mentioned earlier, Urban Terror,which began life as a modification for Quake III: Arena, isnow a free stand-alone game based on the ioquake3 engine source. There’s agalleryat the official site that showcases the new maps. Other new features:

• New player models, skins and animations.

• Addition of statistics to the UI
• Updated user interface
