I would like to add that GoW looks like a very good game, but you don't see meany people playing it at LAN partys.

And I must say Linux installers should be included in any game IMHO.

"How does spamming this news site help your argument any? :("

It doesn't. I was using a public proxy, and it decided to go bananas. It wasn't an intentional DoS. :(

A lot of LAN partys that I go to have both Linux and Windows gamers. As such, alot of the games are picked by the fact that anyone can play no matter what OS is used.

If Unreal3 don't play on Linux, then the LAN partys run without UT2007 or Unreal 3.

So they can talk about porting the Unreal game to the wii, but not for Linux? That would be very sad.

And MS is really starting to piss me off :(

Here's some good advice, if you think you're going to play UT3 mostly on Linux: Don't buy it until you know for sure that there is a Linux installer and client for it. Chances are, there won't be. Why? Not only is Epic obviously in Microsoft's pocket now (GoW), but also Unreal Anthology, a game collection with Tux right on the box[1], still lacks Linux installers 3 months after its release[2]. Perhaps it's not false advertising, if the Tux icon is liberally licensed, but it is still very dishonest. Very, very dishonest.
