It looks like a nice game, but it doesn’t look like it uses static libraries and my version of gcc is too old. Why not do a static build with a loki installer like most companies do?

Indeed, it horribly sucks. Tried to install the game locally as normal user and failed miserably – so I won’t test the game…

The game is not much anyway. It looks pretty, sure, but fun is definitely not a word I’d use to describe it.
