Wine 0.9.17

The latest beta of Wine, an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X and Unix, has been released. Changelog for this release includes:

  • Still more work on Direct3D shaders.
  • Now using the Gecko engine directly for MSHTML.
  • Better support for apps switching to full screen mode.
  • Support for multiple joysticks.

    on 3dmark2000: 7000 (wine 0.9.17), 9500 (cedega 5.2), guildwars started, ran a min and crashed, the menus look real fucked up tho.. i suggest u try guildwars with -dx8 -noshaders

    I was going to ask about Reader Rabbit Toddler because I need to buy things like this to pwn hard but then I saw the penguin – oh well no wine for me.
