Wine 0.9.15

The latest beta version of Wine has been released. Wine is an open source implementation of the Windows API on top of X and Unix. Changes include:

  • More MS/RPC improvements.
  • Core Audio driver for Mac OS X.
  • More complete DNSAPI dll.
  • Improvements to Web browser support.

    I doubt that wine has got a x86 emulation, so it must be the Core Audio driver for Mac OS X Intel and not for Mac OS X.

    The core audio driver can be used on both the intel and ppc versions of OSX. In case of OSX (ppc) wine can be used for porting applications using winelib but for the rest it isn’t very usefull. In case of the x86 version normal x86 win32 apps can be run
