It’s not a fully working game yet. The .msi is for people on windows who often don’t have compilers but would like to try it out and maybe create some artwork. If you want a package for your distribution you can file a request at the trac site.

I wish people would stop assuming that just because we run Linux, we’re willing to go out of our way to hunt down and install gobs of dependency bloat, not to mention patching broken configure scripts, etc etc, just to try something out.
