Northland Demo
February 9th, 2006 by CrusaderRunesoft has released a demo for Northland, a strategy game developed by Funatics Software that features unit/structure management and adventure-style riddles. The full version has sixteen missions (eight of which are part of the main story campaign), which chronicle Bjarni the Viking’s quest to save his homeland.

This looks pretty slick. No Linux downloads yet, but I will buy this if it plays ok and captures my attention… Looks sharp from the screen shots!!!

Under FC4 – 64 bit, the installer won’t work but quits after the unpacking part.[br]
Any ideas?

The game is very slow on my machine. But I’m gonna buy it just the same. Just think it’s a bit slow (the mouse cursor moves like the computer is using all it’s resources on something). I have a 1.1ghz computer with 1 gb ram and a GeForce4 gfx card with 64 mb. Linux 2.6 kernel for AMD Athlon (Kubuntu).
