Red Orchestra 3.3

Version 3.3. of Red Orchestra (screenshots), the World War II Unreal Tournament 2004 total conversion, has been released. There’s a changelog available, which includes a revised player momentum system, improved bot AI with regards to vehicle operation, rendering optimizations, and various gameplay tweaks.

    It’s nice to see that they managed to release it cross platform all at once. Did they ever actually release a “Linux” zip for version 3.2?

    Looks fabulous. Installs without complaint. Starts without problem.

    Enter practice mode, start game, throw grenade, hear sound of explosion, get SIGSEGV. Anyone else seeing this? (Ubuntu Hoary AMD64)

    I haven’t really played one yet that was very good. Red Orchestra has a very heavy feel to it and 90% of the maps really blow. I think I’ve been spoiled playing Call of Duty too much.

    The gamershell one is a zip file containing an exe.
