GCC 4.0.0
If you’re a developer who lives on the bleeding edge, you may be interested in checking out the new milestone release of the GNU Compiler Collection, the handy suite of compilers released by the GNU Project. I want to stress that you should not use this initial 4.0 release on a production system, as compiler issues can be a swift path to hosing your install.
There’s a change summary with bullet points for the various compilers. After perusing the docs and digesting the warnings, if you’re still ready to tear into the new release, here’s the source package: GCC 4.0.0 Download: [ gnu.org ]

Burrr, it’s cold on this pole; some on slashdot always say Linux island sucks, but if you think its bad then you wait and see how hot the women realy are on Venus! w00t!
