The Linux version of X-Plane, a highly regarded flight simulator, has reached Release Candidate 2 for version 8.11. No specific notes as to what’s new in this release (the beta page has moved on to the next RC for Win32/OSX), aside from a mention of “little refinements” over 8.10. The stable demo build (v8.06) can still be downloaded here; and the registered release can be ordered @ http://x-plane.com/order.html.
