In America; the people are not civil and not militia.

United States (UNITED STATES CODE Title 28, Section 3002, clause 15(a) "a Federal corporation") on the other hand, is an investor of a military complex corporation beknownst "UNITED STATES Army", and coerces "people" to join-up. The Constitution exlicitly prohibits conscription, yet who ever said you couldn't be forced to volunteer at threat of being slandered and thrown in "Federal" prison. Prison is not allowed by the Constitution. It is writting in the Constitution, that army is only to be raised for preventing invasion. For purposes of fraud, people are forced to volunteer subscription to an "army" not defined in the Constitution: thus there is UNITED STATES Army, and its similar alphabet gangs.
