Labyrinth of Time Demo
Thanks to Lightkey for pointing out that a demo of The Labyrinth of Time has been released by Wyrmkeep Entertainment. Labyrinth is a classic first-person adventure game recently ported to Linux (screenshots).

Actually this demo is quite absorbing (though I’m stuck) and I was tempted to buy the game.
However… the instructions say that it’s possible to make a mistake and render the game uncompletable later. That is incredibly awful game design. I think it’d be a recipe for frustration rather than run.

I really think it’s great to have a company supporting the adventure game genre and that cares about Linux users.
Can’t wait for some original games!
