This is a pretty good game, I would say worth 20 bucks.

At 20 bucks, it’s a steal, and it’s really great fun to play online.
It’s easy to pick & and put down – doesn’t really suffer from “one more go” syndrome, but individual games are fun all the same.
If you play online, be sure to get the course pack [v4], and the course pack servers password is “slacker”. I play from time to time, as “Chunky Kibbles”

I have purchased nearly all the games that Garage Games has for Linux. All have been quality games tha have given me much enjoyment.
Orbz is a game that can be played for several hours and still feel like you want to go several more.

Hmmm, the tutorial course at least is all a solid-colored blur, with occassional highlights.
It’s probably an Nvidia driver bug though – at some point Heavy Gear II stopped having textures and showed solid colors where the textures should be. I thought it was a 16-bit color specific bug though (HG2 would only play in 16 bits), but I’m in a 24bit color configuration now.
I suppose I should get the newest Nvidia drivers anyway, maybe it’s fixed.
