I am highly looking forward to this. ATITD was definitely the most unique MMORPG I ever played, and the community that sprang up around it was pretty amazing. Some of the elements of the game were extremely addictive. One night I spent several hours walking out into the barren wastes to find a place where I could build my obelisk because each obelisk has to be a certain distance apart, or higher than the others around it. And making a much higher one was way more work! Hehe.. So, I had walked into a corner of Egypt that was completely barren and hours away from civilization. When I say “hours”, I do mean RealTime(tm). ;)

The beta test should be a lot of fun. I only hope there will be less hours spent walking through the desert this time. =)
