This is Rune Gold, which includes the Halls Of Valhalla expansion pack and is available at the pretty good price of $17.

I really liked the single person gameplay, HOV was ok, but not really my favorite (I was not that good at MP, so that might have been one of the reasons I did not like it as much). Both games together are sure worth 17 bucks.

I’m gonna grab this forsure. I have the windows version (boxed) but no linux installer. Thanks to Human Head now i can play it again.

I’ll get it, just to show some support. I actually had a bootleg copy of Rune (Linux), played it for a few days, loved it, but stopped playing it due to a system reinstall. Now I’ll get my legal copy.

I might replace my, um, “downloaded” copy with it, too, if they’re going to keep supporting it.

This was a game I didn’t think I’d enjoy but was presently surprised. The scenery is marvelous.

Anyway, can someone confirm that Linux Game Publishing is dead ?
