Has anyone tried this. Is it more for builders than it is for players?

It’s for builders to use to create things for players to play. Not unlike the toolset in the first place. Never in a million years could I create a really cool module, but because Bioware released the module creator I can play a really cool module that someone else created.

Every player should have it. at least if you play online.
