- UT2004’s publisher, Atari, is nowoffering a dedicated serverrental program. Public servers cost $8 (US) per allocated player slot and private serverscost $4 per slot.
- Epic’s DrSiN pointed out ananti-cheating mutator for UT2004 server admins:
AntiTCC(download) from Wormbo,which blocks aimbots and skin cheats among other things. DrSiN released ananti-cheating mutator of his own, UTSecure,but based on the announcement thread it’s had a few teething problems thatshould be fixed in the next version.
