YS Flight for Linux
A release of YS Flight, a freeware flight sim for Linux, has been announced. There are some screenshots available and if you want more of this flight sim, you may wish to download additional aircraft.

The screen shots bring back some memories of some early flight sims though. It looks rather interesting

…is not freeware and is not a Linux app but it runs perfectly under wine. It does not even require winex because it uses OpenGL, not Direct3D.
