Are Epic/Atari/whoever going to include dolby digital audio properly this time around ?

Perhaps on the DVD version ?
I was utterly disappointed with UT2003 that I couldn't have DD sound without having an encoder, namely N-FORCE 2 chipset.

I mean come on, a game relies as much on the sound effects and music as it does on graphics and gameplay. Like the movies the sounds/music makes the film/sets the scene etc (almost) !

It's about time we ditched EAX and the like and used a far more enriched audio system.

Bring on Dolby Digital/DTS in games.

I have a friend with a Ath64 3000+ (he asked me what to get so...) and currently he is running Windows, but if I find an old HD I bet he will let me use his computer for testing and 'unofficial unoptmised buggy tech demo quality' bench marks along with bug reports to the many buggy AMD64 Linux things, unless someone gives me a good reason not to.
I won't have anything for a week anyhow, so I may be to late.
