		<description>Glad to see them back up.  And in regards to outsourcing to India, I have to agree.  It&#039;s an epidemic.  Modern slavery turning businesses into ineffectual institutions.  

I&#039;m running out of people to buy workstations and servers from because of this.  Dell, IBM, HP, et. al have outsourced all tech to India.  I&#039;m happy for India, but it sucks if you actually want service.  I&#039;m looking at local vendors now because of this crapstorm.  Maybe it&#039;s a good thing in the long run.  More competition from the little guys.</description>

People, if you EVER have to talk to outsourced call centres in India expect to talk to staff who don&#039;t know wtf they are doing. Get yourself some tranquilisers and forget about it. It&#039;s the future :s</description>
