i installed it using ravages installer ( http://icculus.org/~ravage/nwn/ ) which saves installing windows or downloading 1.2Gigs - it went without a hitch (and it doesnt need wine installed either) on my rh9 box.

its a great game - i havent even tried it online yet - i know im going to be playing this one a lot - its like playing a MUD only with pictures! I recon some of the persisten workd mods sound good - anyone have any recomendations?

The install was a bit tedious compared to the Loki games, but once installed the game ran great. A really rock solid bit of programming. The interface is really good too. I don't normally buy RPG's but since the choice of titles on Linux is limited I decided to give it a try. I was really impressed and I am totalling into it. I highly recommend this game.

There _are_ some of us Linux gamers out here who are grateful for the quality product BioWare.

Well, okay, maybe there's just me. But I very much appreciate it, especially given that it was probably quite uneconomical for you guys to support us. Me.

As the french say, thanks a thousand times.
