That can be a FUD.
Please remember the betrayal of Bioware concerning NeverWinter Nights.
If there is really a Native Linux Client in the box I will buy it

Is the gameplay as good as war3, or can we expect *just another* RTS? I won’t buy it unless it is good gameplay, and I have great expectations about the gamecd with a linux client on it!

I pre-ordered this so I have been accepted to Beta. The beta works great under Linux, I have had no issues at all. Slothy is awesome and very helpful. He obviously knows a lot about Linux and is dedicated to making a good linux product.
The gameplay is awesome. It’s a mix of warcraft and quake. You can either be a commander and have more of a warcraft style game where you command people around, or you can be a warrior, where it’s a first person shooter killing the enemy and destroying their city.

I wasn’t going to buy this, but I think I will now. I was on the beta and I’m just not into games where I can’t play offline at all. But, these guys are doing an awesome thing here, so I will support them, and in the process, probably get hooked on the game and forget all about the no-offline-play. :)

I’ve already pre-ordered my copy from TuxGames. Thanks for supporting us, S2.

It is a lot of fun, like warcraft 3 meets rune. Make sure you have a good commander.

I beta tested Savage and it works great on Linux. People are taking the time to beta test the application on Linux and *BSD, and no one shall be disappointed.

..I’m more interested in how the box is gonna state that the game supports Linux ..
Use a “Windows CD” icon and a “Linux CD” icon, similar to the rediculous “PC-CD” ditto on all windows (not PC) games?
