the patch for nvidia at minion.de has been updated to support the linux 2.6 kernel, you don’t need to edit the nv-linux.h file anymore, btw.

Them basties at sierra basicly said linux sucks but it’s good enough for there server side stuff….fuck them assholes I hope the game fails. You clowns with linux servers stop putting windows only games on them.

I remember System Commander delivering that exact same line when asked about supporting multibooting for linux. They actually had a listing that said: “No Linux support: What do you expect? It’s Free!”
I remembered that when I helped testing for LILO. And now the are relegated to people with AOL and too much time on their hands.

I seem to recall that t3 was using a modified version of the ut2003 engine. Now, correct me if i’m wrong, but isn’t that already ported? i suspect sierra would have a heavily reduced amount of work to port it to linux. I really want to play this game!

also, if you’re still reading linuxgames for up-to-date news on non-commercial games, pyddr changed names to pydance and they’re at version 0.7.2 now.
