		<description><![CDATA[I wonder how their server technology compares with the new sony/butterfly.net grid technology which is also highly scalable, this intresting thing about sonys one is that you can hook any client up to the grid, obviously ps2/3 will be the biggest by volume but its not a requirement. 

Also sonys one is cool because it alows small publishers to buy a very small amount of &quot;game server capacity&quot; and then should their game become popular its easy to scale up.]]></description>

They will be running a beta test very soon, they already have the 200 they need, but you can still apply, and probably still have a good chance of getting in it you come across as comitted and intelligent

the system requirements are:

    *  3-D Hardware Accelerator (with 16MB VRAM with full OpenGL© support.
    * Pentium II 400 Mhz processor or Athlon processor
    * English version of Windows 95 98/ME/NT4.0(SP6)/2000/XP operating system, Or Red hat Linux 7.1/7.2/7.3/8.0
    * 128 MB RAM
    * 16-bit high color video mode
    * 800 MB of uncompressed Hard Disk space for game files
    * Internet (TCP/IP) connection. Recommend high speed (cable, dsl at low end) connection
* Min spec for Internet play is 56.6 Kbps (or faster) modem.
