    It is nice to know that although there are many engins for Linux, none had “good” (e.g. NWN, WC3, Generals and [insert favorite non linux game here]) games made with them, but now the games are poping up, such as this one and PlaneShift. I plan to play around with CS myself if(time == “summer” && Time_Stops == ‘T’).

    Tech

    * using modified Crystal Space Technology
    * using Python as scripting language
    * support Win9X/2000/XP, Linux/X, MacOS/X
    * source code is under GPL license (everybody can develop see developers pages)

    looks cool! – hopefully the modified Crystal Space Technology will get rolled back into the main CS tree? Anyone know just how modified this engine is cf. CS? and why the mods were necessary etc?
