I played this game for hours and everything has worked. Not sure what you mean by unimplemented For the exploration dude you need to go through all the sectors to find a alien or something (delta, beta, gamma sort of thing). the ISO lady is elite!

This new version is leaps and bounds better than the previous ones. I'd almost go so far to say that it is playable (and fun), but there are some notable rough edges here and there. For instance the commodity and mission computers are somewhat generic looking screens very unlike those of Privateer / Righteous Fire, and space combat could probably still use some tweaking to get a good arcade-ish feel, yet most of the features are there now in one way or another. Some further refinements will make this game one of the best space games of all time. It has all the great features of Elite / Privateer, and is open-source so you can fix bugs, write missions, etc. I really loved Privateer, but it crashed consistently, and its sound was horribly buggy. This game, Vega Strike, is the heir to the throne. Forget "Freelancer" because if it ever is released it will probably be as buggy and proprietary as Privateer2 was. Right now Vega Strike is almost as good as Terminus, and in a lot of ways it is much superior. Definately keep your eye on this game. In five years it may be the most famous space sim in the world!

I just played around with it for a few minutes, but I think this game is going to be an awesome Privateer clone. The graphics and gameplay are already pretty cool, I'd play it more but I keep running into "Not Implemented Yet" at various points. Definately going to try it again in another version or two though.
