Yes. I am set to 24 bit with alpha channel (32). It still doesn’t work. I am pretty certain that there is nVidia specific code in this port, which is causing it to fail. I use a Kyro II, and have no problems with other titles.
I’m not as interested in the game now. I’ve been waiting for months for this port, and it still doesn’t work right. It kinda surprises me though. I’d think that a smaler developer would give Linux a bit more attention, and fix the problems with the port; but that’s just my opinion.

Did they fix the video bugs? I’ve still not been able to run this game.

I was told they were working on some bug fixes and will be issuing a patch.
Never managed to get sound myself, but game is fun still though.
Did you set your video to 24 bpp? It won’t run in anything below that unfortuantly.
