Version V028A of the Game Boy emulator cingb has been released; changes include:

• sound defaults to ON
• fixed 32 bit pixel-width behavior
• fixed a segfault
• improved channel 4 sound output
• fixed gunzip support for filenames with unusual characters
• changed the joypad behaviour
• inserted a compilation optimization
• removed obsolete documentation
