Linux RtCW SDK Source 1.33

DJ Art has released version 1.33 of his modified RtCW SDK source files. This source is configured/modified to compile under Linux. There is a README.linux file included in the source archive that includes more details.

Update: id has officially released version 1.33 of the RtCW SDK source in a Linux package.

    To be noted, the wolf-linux-sdk-1.33.x86.run contains the perl-based build system we use for Linux (cons)
