Markus Triska wrote in to announce that version 0.7.1 of the QT-based client/server Snakes clone Spakes has been released; changes include:

• a “configure” script has been added, which should fix many compilation problems that people have been reporting
• the local IP(s) are now determined more reliably
• small improvements were made to the code
