Version 1.09 of the turn-based fantasy strategy game Dominions has been released. Changes and fixes include:

• New magic items making it easier to enter underwater provinces
• New magic site in which Shamblers may be recruited
• More magic item restriction, e.g. Father Illearth cannot wear boots
• Some blood magic spells increases more in power with higher levels
• new independent underwater province
• Full version history here
