Version 0.9.9 of the thin graphics library DirectFB (screenshots) has been released; changes include:

mice fixes
optimizations
more code documentation
added OpenQuicktime video provider
added Imlib image provider

I dont understand what this is.. is it a x-server replacement? or a library that is used for it!?
