even I played it last night .. hell!, the bot beat me up quite badly! Is there any way to make the bots very very easy to beat? I’m not a strategy player .. I’m more like a quake and tribes kind of person =))

I would be so cool if freeciv would go for a direction of Civilization 3.
I really think that freeciv is getting a littlr tant borring. It is just to get the biggest Island and e
build many many cities.
Civ 3 is a lot more variated especially the fightiing system. You really have to used strategy to get the most out of your attacks. In the others (civ1,2,freeciv) i think the military strategy part was negletied. It was just to have the biggest/strongest civiliazation and then actually attacking was kind of straightforward.
And offcourse the diplomatic negotiations are sooo nice in civ3 (can’t remeember how they works in freeciv).
Anyone knows if the freeciv team have thought of this option (And no, the don’t have to emulate the nice graphics from civ3 :)
