Linux PS2 Port for US

LinuxWorld.com posted a news item stating that Sony has announced that a Linux-enabled version of the Playstation 2 will be released in the U.S. A similar version has already been released in Japan this past spring. No release date has been set yet, but it is supposed to be announced soon.

    If snes9x is ported to PS2 linux, Final Fantasy 3 will be playable on the TV again!

    Finally it became true. The only info missing is the verification that this PS2-enabled Linux-package will also run with german PS2s.
