Version 0.2.0-Tech Preview 1 of the Command & Conquer rewrite FreeCNC has been released; changes include:

• you can attack with most units and structures
• better VQA decoding
• new file-handling code
• external song lists
• minimap
• optimized video scaling algoritm
• -nosound command line option to disable sound
