The CD has all files in DOS/Windows format with the CTRL-M’s. The Pretty Poly editor is still in CVS and has to be extracted to a directory from it’s TGZ, and then extracted from the CVS into another directory. The website listed for his OpenLobby project gives a forbidden error. The book, on the other hand, is a pretty good book. It’s got some spelling errors, some code errors, but I wouldn’t COMPLETELY write it off.
