Wine 1.3.33

A new development version of Wine, version 1.3.33, has been announced. New feature in this release include:

  • Support for text output in the DIB engine.
  • Improved support for HTTP proxies.
  • New version of the Gecko engine.
  • A number of cursor fixes.
  • Some fixes in bidirectional text layout.
  • Various bug fixes.

    This update is supposed to fix an important bug with Steam-based games and the mouse cursor. Glad it’s finally out, and thanks to the Wine team for all the hard work!

    Now, to refresh my update manager constantly until it appears in the repositories…
