That game looks awesome but I get strange lags that cause mouse skips (across the screen) which make the game almost unplayable. It’s not very smooth using the Catalyst driver at least.

  2. computerquip Says:

To not disprove of the game, I’m using Linux, not Windows.

computerquip : I have the very same issue with Nvidia drivers. There is a big lag. Well, actually, the game is smooth for a fraction of a second, then there is a big pause, then it’s smooth again, etc.

Find your Hammerfight config file under ~/.local/share/Hammerfight/Config.ini

    Edit it so that CORE_USE_SLEEP=false

    Run Hammerfight without strange lags.

This turned out to be a really stupid bug on my part; this is fixed in the next
build (which, hopefully, we’ll be pushing today or tomorrow).

I’ll mark this bug as FIXED when the new build is live, so you all get
    notified. Thanks for your patience!
