Beep looks great! I'd buy that. I think their blog post is spot-on, though, and it concerns me a little. I know I've bought games in the past just to increase the number of Linux sales, and now I'm wondering if that was such a good idea. It's not feasible for a developer to make games for an audience like that, because if Linux *does* get mainstream gaming attention, there will be nothing to prove anymore. Will we fail developers just when they begin to count on us?

Anyway, just a thought. I plan to buy Beep because it looks fun. :)

This looks really fun!

FYI: As for Oil Rush, it runs ~2x better (40-50fps) on a NVIDIA 9400 512mb vs (20-30fps) ATI 3300 with 128mb onboard. I can also play SpringRTS with AA on and don't get green screens!

I'm also all 3 of those users as well, hell, I've already bought that oil rig game and have yet to even download it! Also paid £50 for that charity gaming pack (the first one)
