Nevertheless the list seems quite OK, these are probably the best commercial games on Linux so far.

		<description><![CDATA[I was hoping in a couple months DeathSpank (http://www.deathspank.com) could join the ranks of commercial Linux games. Although it is not official there will be no Linux version, they have &#039;partnered&#039; with EA, and if this covers all rights to the game and not just console, look for a DRM Windows version and I doubt EA likes Linux yet after what Loki did to them. 

I am also hoping Torchlight (http://www.torchlightgame.com/) will have a Linux release seeing as it is built with Ogre3D. hey state OSX is &#039;likely coming soon&#039; and &#039;other OS&#039; is possible, their lack to even acknowledge Linux by name is not a good sign.
