    Top link is broken, there’s an accidental ” at the end of it

    I am surprised more people don’t use:
    http://charas-project.net/charas2/index.php
    for their characters and:
    http://charas-project.net/resources.php?wa=0&lang=en&area=5&howmany=10&fsearch=
    for some ‘nice looking’ maps. It looks like Stendhal uses it.
    Maybe there is some licensing thing I missed. If I ever get around to making an RPG I plan to use those and maybe start a vector art version, but that won’t be for years…

    Thanks for the charas-link, i’ll have a look at it.

    @the_piper: I read your forum, sorry you didn’t find the charas-project useful, but it looks like you got some inspiration from it (and answered why more people don’t use it). You might want to talk to “The Mana World” people, perhaps you can work together, I believe they have diagonals and I know they don’t look like meatballs haha.

    @nod51
    Thanks for the hint, i’d had a look at TMW and got some ideas how i will implement animations.
    Hopefully the first animations will be in the next client release :)
