Version 0.8 of Wormux, an open-source multiplayer strategy game inspired by Worms, has been released after a few public beta builds. This is the first major version to have network support; other changes can be perused at the announcement post.

If you’re interested in contributing to the project, there’s documentation for developers at their Wiki.
