TuxWordSmith 0.6.3

Version 0.6.3 of TuxWordSmith, a Scrabble-style game that teaches foreign languages, has been released. Changes:

23 new dictionary resources were added, and the download procedure has been split into two parts: one for the application and default language, the other for the additional languages. Installers are included for all platforms.
