Hot on the heels of their SB Live! driver release, Creative Labs has made drivers available for owners of 3D Blaster Banshee cards, which uses 3dfx’s Voodoo Banshee chipset. Grab the zip file (ugh) from ftp://ftp.soundblaster.com/pub/creative/beta/bnslnx-B1.zip. Thanks to Matthew Kerr for the update.
UPDATE: Loki’s Michael Vance wrote in to point out that the 2D Voodoo Banshee X server written by Daryll Strauss is faster and has more features than Creative’s drivers. The source for the server is available here.
