No Tzar Port from LGP

As will come as no surprise to anyone, LGP has this morning officiallyturned down the Tzar port. I would like to thank everyone that replied,and linuxgames.com for their posting the question.

We have been reading the responses to our question carefully, and wethink you will like some of our announcements that are coming up for thenew ports we have already committed to.

Should LGP Port Tzar?

Michael Simms of LGP has sent in a request to all of you. You get to decide whether LGP ports Tzar.

LGP is looking for some feedback from the Linux gaming community. Wehave an opportunity to obtain a port of Tzar, an RTS game from 2000. The game gotsome good reviews and a good rating on Gamespot. However, for mepersonally, I felt it was missing something. The other LGP staff weresplit fairly down the middle on their opinions of the game.

As such, I would like to ask you all what YOU think of the game. Does itinterest you, would you buy it? Or does it lack the same thing for youas it does for me. Please comment here, or send an email tomichael@linuxgamepublishing.com with your thoughts. You now have adirect input here as to whether we port this game.
